END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Great Technical governing your use of the mobile application gSub – Subscription Manager (“App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. App Description
gSub helps users track and manage subscriptions. The App does not directly process payments or act as a financial institution.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1 In-App Purchases
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
All payments are processed by the respective platform provider.
3.2 Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
3.3 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings on:
- Apple ID (iOS users)
- Google Play account (Android users)
3.4 Third-Party Service (RevenueCat)
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and access across platforms. By using the App, you acknowledge that subscription data may be processed through this service.
3.5 No Refunds
All purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be directed to the respective platform and are subject to their policies.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Misuse the App
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Reverse engineer or modify the App
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may collect limited data to provide subscription services and improve user experience.
6. No Financial Advice
The App is for informational purposes only and does not provide financial advice.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights related to the App remain the property of Great Technical.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the App.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
