END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Great Technical governing your use of the mobile application gInvoice – Great Invoice Maker (“App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.
2. App Description
gInvoice is an invoicing and billing application that allows users to create, manage, and track invoices, expenses, customers, and financial records.
The App is a tool only and does not act as a financial institution, accounting firm, or tax authority.
3. Subscriptions and Payments (If Applicable)
3.1 In-App Purchases
The App may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases via:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
All transactions are processed by the respective platform providers.
3.2 Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Charges for renewal will occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
3.3 Managing Subscriptions
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their:
- Apple ID account settings (iOS)
- Google Play account (Android)
3.4 Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services (such as subscription management platforms, analytics tools, or cloud services) to operate and improve the App.
3.5 Refund Policy
All payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective policies.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business and financial information
- Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain the confidentiality of your data
- Not misuse, copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. We may collect and process data necessary to provide invoicing features, backups, and synchronization (if applicable).
6. No Professional Advice
The App does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable financial and tax regulations.
7. Data Accuracy and Responsibility
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of invoices or reports generated using the App. Users are responsible for reviewing all financial documents before use.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including design, code, trademarks, and content, belong to Great Technical.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate this Agreement.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Technical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including financial losses.
12. Updates and Changes
We may update the App and this Agreement from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
